This is a 5 mile single lap measured road route on country lanes. The route has a few testing climbs(988ft/301m), with the last mile being flat, therefore this is not a PB course. The route is suitable for most people, but unfortunately NOT for wheelchairs.
The wearing of earphones or similar devices are NOT Permitted at this race under UKA rules and for your safety as the roads will not be closed to traffic.
Anybody wearing Earphones or similar devices will be disqualified.
Free car parking and Toilets will be available at the Navigation Inn.
All numbers will be issued on the night from 6.15pm
No Refunds will be given.
If the race is cancelled all monies will be given to charity.
